At Wessex Windows, our manufacturing operations are a crucial part of our business. By having our own production facilities making products of our own design, we are able to maintain the high quality and service standards that we promise to our customers. Wherever we have found a problem in the past, which meant that we were unable to meet our promises, we have invested in our own facilities.
Design, fabrication, thermal improvement and finishing are all under one roof. In addition we have formed strategic partnerships with suppliers of our main raw materials, the framing and the finishing processes. We can therefore control our customers' orders from the raw material through to the finished product ready for installation. In that way we can deliver on time and install on time, taking away the frustration of not being in control. This in turn means that we are able to satisfy our objective of customer satisfaction whether it's our own local installation in a customer's home or fabricated products supplied nationally to the trade.
Our reputation depends on an efficient operation in all aspects of our business. By controlling our manufacturing process in its entirety we can ensure that customers will always receive what they ordered as promised.
