Wessex Window Systems is a leading force in commercial refurbishment, replacement and new build aluminium architecture systems. Founded in 1978 the family owned business has a long pedigree in the aluminium and glazing industry with its origins in the 1960’s. Steady growth since inception and the application of its knowledge, skill and expertise to the commercial market for more than 20 years has resulted in the company becoming recognised as experts in the refurbishment of schools, libraries, hospitals, fire stations, retirement homes and other public buildings.
Working closely with Hampshire County Council on the SCOLA 1a refurbishment more than 20 years ago, the company set an industry standard which is still adhered to today in refurbishment contracts. Wessex Window Systems has evolved from SCOLA 1a to the complete range of windows and curtain walling refurbishment systems. Wessex Window Systems is keen to take the role of sub-contractor on new build projects, applying their expertise and ability to work with contractors and architects.
